Orders received
before 4pm will be freshly roasted, packed and leave Di Bella Coffee Head
Quarters the next business day.
From there it
should be delivered within the time frames outline in the above map.

missing from your order or you have not received it within the above time frame

Payment
All orders must be paid for in full via our online payment systems, PayPal or
NAB Payment Gateway prior to the order being sent. If at any stage you
experience an error in paying for a order via the www.mydibellacoffee.com
website, please contact the head office on 1800 332 163 or email
orders@mydibellacoffee.com promptly.
Delivery
To ensure a prompt delivery, My Di Bella Coffee use Australian courier
companies for the nationwide deliveries. My Di Bella Coffee will endeavor to
meet a 48 hour dispatch time for all orders. My Di Bella Coffee will NOT be
held responsible for a late delivery of any order unless it is of an action by
My Di Bella Coffee. All orders are ex Di Bella Coffees Head Office locates in
Bowen Hills Queensland.
Refund Policy
As our valued customer, please be aware of the terms and conditions of our

My Di Bella reserves the right not to offer an exchange or credit on coffee
accessories without presentation of your receipt. My Di Bella reserves the
right to assess the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering a
repair, exchange or credit. Based on these factors a repair, exchange or
credit, may be refused.

Shipping
www.mydibellacoffee.com offers free shipping for orders over $50! If your order
is under $50 a $12.50 freight charge applies.
