Orders received before 4pm will
be freshly roasted, packed and leave Di Bella Coffee Head Quarters the next
business day. From there it should be delivered
within the time frames outline in the above map.
If something is missing from your
order or you have not received it within the above time frame please

OUR RETURNS POLICY
As our valued customer; please be aware of the terms and
conditions of our refund policy.
• Di Bella
Coffee will NOT provide product returns on any coffee making equipment
including machines, grinders and brewing equipment.
• Di Bella
Coffee will offer store credits or exchanges on coffee accessories where:
The
product is faulty, the product does not fit the purpose goods or the product
does not match the sample or online description.
A credit or exchange will
only be offered if the goods are returned within one month of the purchase
date, and the goods are in the original packaging.
You must retain your receipt as proof of purchase. You may also
be asked to demonstrate that goods are faulty.
A credit will be offered at our
discretion.
With your receipt:
We
will offer you an exchange voucher or credit on coffee accessories if the item
is in its original packaging.
Without your receipt:
My Di Bella
reserves the right not to offer an exchange or credit on coffee accessories
without presentation of your receipt.
My Di Bella reserves the right to assess
the condition and age of the returned goods prior to offering a repair,
exchange or credit. Based on these factors a repair, exchange or credit, may be
refused.
